by title at birth.

Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the

Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this
Constitution for the United States of America."

We always try to do better, or we have failed at the basic premise of
the Constitution and it's purpose.  But better isn't just something
different.  And better isn't always by force of law and mandates and
violence that infringes on our liberty.  At some point the change will
always endanger liberty, but liberty is immutable.  There is no
fractional liberty... you can't be a little bit pregnant or have a touch
of cancer or be slightly free, it either is or it isn't.  And once
LIBERTY is being infringed then LIBERTY no longer exists...  and only
the Tyranny exists, tyranny is the lack of liberty.

Which is why Democrats infringing on the rights of the people is tyranny
NOT liberty.
