NO, it can be government funded violations as in the college that
accepts government money and then uses that money to allow
discrimination.  The government is required to enforce the laws, all
laws and violating the 14th Amendment and using government funds (tax
dollars) for supporting discrimination is illegal.  So the remedy is to
either revoke ALL GOVERNMENT funds to the institution or implement the
college rules against discrimination, they can't do nothing since that
would be aiding and abetting the criminals and conspiracy or collusion.

Either one is OK but they can't do nothing or the government is guilty
of supporting the discrimination.

They often send in the NATIONAL GUARD or police or arrest people who try
to deprive people of their rights and they do that to correct the situation.

SO far the GOVERNMENT that is sending money to the College is supporting
discrimination on campus and the college can't qualify for ANY
GOVERNMENT FUNDING if they support discrimination.

Looks like they have to eject the two who committed the discriminatory
actions.
