There is a BRIGHT SPOT for solar/wind and Electric cars, if you have
$50,000 for an electric car and you're middle to upper-middle Class
America...  you can probably also dump $20,000 - $40,000 on a system of
solar panels and batteries to charge your EV car from actual Solar power
in your GARAGE rather than fossil fuel electric from the rationing of
charging on the GRID.

So we see the Government is trying to undermine the poor from being able
to charge/fill the batteries or the tank of a vehicle to use for
personal transportation.

Democrats obviously HATE THE POOREST AMERICANS.
