The people doing the rioting weren't alive during slavery or the Jim
Crow period of history when DEMOCRATS passed Jim Crow laws.

If someoen had put the TRILLIONS used for welfare and subsidies into an
endowment like HARVARD HAS then the poor that were on welfare would
