I say that anything they FACT CHECK or delete that proves to have been actually TRUE then TWITTER IS GUILTY OF editing and thus has no immunity under that law. TWITTER will delete or FACT CHECK something and it will be proven that TWITTER WAS WRONG and the person suing should sue for $BILLIONS and try to send them into BANKRUPTCY for all the violations of our 1st amendment RIGHTS to free speech and the RIGHT to exercise Religion. And the RIGHT to protest in PUBLIC. On a PUBLIC forum. And the difference between PUBLIC and PRIVATE is the fact you are paying and entering into PRIVATE CONTRACTS that are called commerce. If you paid to join then it's a PRIVATE ENTERPRISE. TWITTER is FREE so it's said it's NOT responsible for people posting on the platform. But the platforms where you BUY a subscription or pay for membership then the PLATFORM is liable as editors because they control the site and posts.
