Life doesn't even require a GOVERNMENT, does it?


This is why the inalienable RIGHTS to life, Liberty and the PURSUIT of
happiness doesn't require the permission of the GOVERNMENT.   They
existed before and will always exist, they may be violated by others but
they still exist.
