They don't have police in CHOP so how do they arrest a violent criminal?

Democrats told that that burning and looting and roughing up citizens is
a legitimate protest tactic...  so why didn't they arrest all those
ANTIFA and #BLM who were doing illegal things?

Catch ands release just like NYC does....  if they don't keep *VIOLENT*
criminals locked up (and by "they" I mean STUPID DEMOCRATS)  this is the
kind of thing that will happen.
