All the people who held him down are being charged... in the murder and the 2nd white guy did nothing wrong but also did nothing right so he technically can't be charged with murder. he didn't help kill Mr. Floyd. Of course he can be fired for NOT helping just as the school police officer in that Ft. Lauderdale, FL school shooting where the guard decided to hide and do nothing and allowed the students to be shot one by one. That cop could have engaged the shooter and instead refused to go into the school and hid outside like a coward. Was he charged with MURDER?
