He can't prosecute it until TRUMP is IMPEACHED. Shouldn't the NY prosecutor be turning over the evidence he has to a FEDERAL council or Special council who can recomend impeachment, so far they're putting the cart before the horse. Playing politics and obviously they have no case or they would be attempting to build an impeachment case with the evidence they used to try to get a subpoena or warrant for the tax records.... rather than just a NY Prosecutor saying there was a crime. And since that accusation has ZERO ability to be enforced in a court. They have to impeach and they can't do that in NY. SO they can't be given information for to use as political fodder when they can't use them for the judicial purpose the subpoena or warrant is attempting to use them for. The claim of a crime is therefore an obvious ruse that is an attempt to abuse the warrant process look for political dirt. That's NOT a "reasonable search or seizure" of documents according to the Constitution. If they have a witness or evidence then that should be used to try to impeach TRUMP and if it fails then NY will have to proceed without any TAX DOCUMENTS until TRUMP is out of office or impeached for something. Democrats are attempting to WEAPONIZE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM TO ATTACK TRUMP.
