Signed into law last October, AB6653 enables New York district attorneys to prosecute what effectively amounts to certain friends and family of any president who pardoned them for federal convictions. Among the people who can be prosecuted are associates with information relevant to a civil or criminal investigation of the president.

The State can't charge someone with a crime which is outside their
jurisdiction. A process crime from a Federal prosecution isn't subject
to State criminal code.

It's circular logic to make a state crime out of a Federal Crime that
isn't a state crime in the first place, and to think that somehow avoids
the crossing of the jurisdiction. Making a State law that makes a
Federal law and/or its outcome (good or bad) a State crime is a
jurisdictional clusterfuck.

It's NOT a State crime and if they try to do that it's also DOUBLE
Jeopardy... TWO STATES DON'T TRY the person for the same crime when it
was committed in one of them, there is no deportation process to send
people to a place where the crime was NOT committed so they can have a
trial in a different jurisdiction.

The trial was Federal and the federal pardon (or in this case) the
commutation of the FEDERAL PRISON sentence is final for the Federal
crimes, that means there is NO crime for the NY Prosecutor to try
because the crime was never PARDONED. But the actual term that was used
was.... the sentence was *COMMUTED* so it basically didn't remove the
conviction and isn't a pardon. So your law is unusable in this case.

Roger Stone was released from the prison due to Chinese Corona Virus and
his being NON VIOLENT CRIMES.

The fact that it's unconstitutional to prosecute ROGER STONE IN NEW YORK
in a KANGAROO COURT will have to wait for the SUPREME COURT to decide in
some other case, since it isn't even applicable in this particular case
of a commutation of the Federal sentencing.

Roger Stone can stay out of prison while he seeks appeals for the trial
and conviction. And attempts to dig up the truth about the Democrats
lies that created this FRAME-UP. Like the Generl Flynn case there
should be many Democrat lawyers who are disbarred for their crimes. And
maybe a few Federal Judges that will be impeached.
