NONE OF WHICH are relevant since ROGER STONE WAS CONVICTED and no one
gave a Pardon or clemency.  The Conviction is still there.  All TRUMP
did was commute the sentence. That only reduces the Prison time or
penalty and that is AFTER the conviction and has nothing to do with the
previous prosecution... it has to do with TIME SERVED.  That is a
FEDERAL CORRECTIONS and parole problem once the sentencing is done.

The Department of corrections let Hollywood Movie stars out early
because they either didn't want the whining Democrats in there or they
did it because they were famous and Democrat elites....  and it wasn't
the Courts or the State or City, it was the Department of corrections
for the state or city or county that did it.  Because they can do that.
 and so can the President when it's a FEDERAL PRISON.  And thee is
nothing illegal and even if it were part of the NY law it would still be
unconstitutional to try to undermine the PRESIDENTIAL POWERS that are
DELEGATED TO THE PRESIDENT IN THE CONSTITUTION SO no matter what TRUMP
did, be it a PARDON or Clemency or Commuting a sentence it's just as
LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL AS EVER because the NY STATE GOVERNOR and LAW
MAKERS CAN'T pass FAKE LAWS that violate the U.S. Constitution and
expect the courts to uphold the OBVIOUS DUPLICITY of the law.

Why is Bill Clinton NOT a FELON?  Obviously the Democrats intend to use
the law only on THEIR PERCEIVED ENEMIES, which means the intent of the
law VIOLATES the 14th Amendment.
