The case is done, all that the Judge wants examined is the enforcement of the sentencing which is NOT overseen by the Judicial Branch they only process the laws they don't inflict the punishment. The Judicial Branch also doesn't make the laws that prescribe the punishment. The Judicial Branch trying to "INVESTIGATE" either the Legislative or the Executive Branch of government is ridiculous. The Judiciary is supposed to be the Arbiter who has no interest other than seeing the case be settled according to law. The judge has no authority to investigate TRUMP'S decision to exercise his CONSTITUTIONAL authority that is enumerated and DELEGATED to the President in the Constitution. But the House of Representatives can vote to impeach TRUMP if they have evidence of a crime.... Which means the Judge needs to follow the law.
