And the count is for something that citizens recieve but NOT all persons do.

Not all persons are "residents" some are vacationing and we don't count
them... how do we know who ot exclude if we don't ask them their status?

So you want to count millions of people who are here on a temporary visa
for college or vacation or temporary and then count the illegals that
are NOT even temporary, they are NOT as legal as those I just mentioned.

They don't vote and neither do the illegals.  So why would you include
them in the census, they don't pay income tax either and they aren't
supposed to recieve subsidies to live here for free either.  Why is it
you think the illegals need to be counted? What do the Illegal aliens
need to be counted for? Do you expect them to be here for the next 10
years violating our laws, until the next census?
