As opposed to the Rioters who are attacking law enforcement?

The Constitution says....

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or *the right of the people peaceably* to
*assemble* , *and to petition the Government for a redress of*
*grievances* .

Since the people aren't peaceably assembling then the Judge is full of
shit and should now be impeached for the political bias they expressed.

Someone should be writing-up the impeachment papers of that judge right
now and it's to the SUPREME COURTS detriment that they have yet to
organize that impeachment to reign-in what is a completely political
insertion of the judiciary into what is a constitutional and legally
correct function of law enforcement.

Article IV
Section 4. *The United States shall guarantee to every State* in this
Union a Republican Form of Government, *and shall protect each of them*
against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, *or of the*
*Executive* (when the Legislature cannot be convened), *against*
*domestic* *Violence* .

As you see Obama and his Marxist-Democrats are causing the death of
BLACKS and all just to save Obama's own skin from being prosecuted for
his crimes.
