But being Legislative doesn't mean there aren't "Constitutional"
restrictions on that Legislative process.  For instance there is a
Constitutional limitation that all Bills for raising revenue must
originate in the House side of the Legislature.  There is No
"LEGISLATIVE WAY TO CHANGE THAT" it can only be changed by ratifying an
Amendment to the Constitution.


Article I
Section 7. All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of
Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as
on other Bills.

That is the Constitution limiting the Legislature and their abilityy to
do what ever they want without being sued.  Since it violates the law,
they can be sued for the results of their illegal activity.


That judge is an idiot and has no idea how the Government works. The
judge ignored the Constitution and didn't take into account the many
limitations in the constitution that limit the Legislature which alos
have to obey all the laws that they make n are immune to none except
those that would say so, which by the way would violate the 14th
Amendment which clearly says "equal protection of the law" so they
really can't make themselves special with a clause exempting themselves
or others since that would make the law unconstitutional.  They can't
legislate their own immunity to laws.

Ironically the Legislature are as liable as the rest of us when they
violate their own laws. And any attempt to avoid that is violating that
14th Amendment equal protection of the law, it's NOT that they are not
being equally protected but the we aren't receiving the same protection
that the law provides them that makes them Unconstitutional actions.
