Aside from the fact they were Democrats and losers... they were peoples
fathers and brothers and husbands.  And now are relatives and their
folly doesn't make them any less remembered.  Apparently some do have
pride while others maybe NOT even form the South have different views.

The Confederates who were Democrats, plan was flawed, but then what
Democrat plan hasn't been seriously flawed...

It's NOT the pride for their cause but the pride of how they died, they
aren't coming back so the Confederate flag is NOT a current movement to
create a Slave State anywhere that I know of, it's the opposite it
symbolized the states independence to follow the Constitution and NOT be
undermined by the tyranny of the Federal Government.  Albeit they were
on the wrong side of humanity and history, you have to ask when were
Democrats ever on the right side of humanity?

They had the idea of LIBERTY a bit wrong and one sided, then they
implemented it wrong by trying to defend LIBERTY in the name of SLAVERY,
it was a bad idea and a paradox with no chance of success...  and yet
they were morally bankrupt while being technically stupid.

Slavery can't be implemented in the name of LIBERTY.  It was tried in
the Constitution and failed and doing the same thing over and over and
expecting a different outcome is stupidity NOT insanity.  The
Declaration of Independence and the Constitution all but ended slavery
and it was meant to die and Ironically the industrial revolution would
have killed slavery in 50 years if there had been no civil war.

The reason to be proud is that they wanted Liberty even though they were
paradoxically undermining Liberty.  They were still family and you don't
really want to look down endlessly on mistakes since not only is this
not a perfect union but none of us are perfect either.  It's why we
strive to create a more perfect union and will never actually reach
perfection. It doesn't mean that we need to destroy the imperfection
that exists, because it's all we have. If you're smarter than the
Democrats past and Present.... you know that there is also no perfection
to put in place of what we have.

You/he conflate what it's meaning is to your meaning of what it stands
for, NOT what others believe it stood for. And why would you ban it due
to the modern people who fight under it as if they know why anyone went
to war? They only have the lies in the Democrat written History books.

They didn't create slavery, it was legal... just as Democrats think
smoking weed is OK... but making people stupid and have zero ambition is
wrong even if it is legal, so why don't present day Democrats oppose it?

They are exposed by it... the principal of LIBERTY and it's clash with
reality.  It exposed that one mans LIBERTY is NOT without cost to
another man's liberty, and yet DEMOCRATS NEVER LEARN THAT so they need
to see the examples of failure like the Confederate flag. It wasn't that
the Confederate flag was about HATE it was about indifference.  Just as
TODAY'S Democrats are indifferent about the LIBERTY of human life in the
UTERUS.

They didn't learn that to try to help one human life can cause pain
suffering or death of another human life.... the evidence of that lack
of education is the DEMOCRATS OWN JIM CROW LAWS and then after that was
banned. Then we had and still have the DEMOCRATS AFFIRMATIVE ACTION laws
and taboos that they are trying to force on us through their present day
Inquisitions where they use the word RACISM to be a euphemism for
heresy. And anyone not agreeing with the Democrats is labeled a
heretic/(RACIST).

It seems that in fighting for CIVIL RIGHTS modern Democrats are willing
to deny others their CIVIL RIGHTS.  It seems history keeps repeating.

Democrats tried to preserve their LIBERTY while denying LIBERTY to
slaves.  And now the Democrats deny civil rights to preserve what they
believe to be lost civil rights of the slaves and again they got it
wrong and fell into that paradoxical place where they are denying
liberty to one in favor of the other which is denying the liberty to
someone.

And the Democrats did that same thing to the human life in the uterus by
deciding that somehow a human life in the uterus was denying liberty to
the woman and thereby required that the liberty of the human life in
uterus be ended in an abortion/killing....  so slavery or undermining
RIGHTS or destruction of Life and Liberty, the Democrats have never
learned why they lost and why they are always wrong.

But we know why don't we?
