Lehto is really funny on this narrative.   It is hilarious, especially when you learn that the truck driver was harassed, arrested, and jailed for doing nothing wrong later took half a million dollars from the local gummint (musta had money growing on trees) in a lawsuit because of the outrageous torts of San Bernardino County cops.
