https://www.citizen-times.com/story/news/2021/04/29/asheville-jacqueline-grant-appointed-superior-court-iudge-judicial-district-28/4859605001/ She says the lines are blurred on judicial independence and separation of powers. Blurred, hell! The branches have gotten naked and jumped into a pile. There is one party, and one party only, in our courthouse, and that spells tyranny. Here's what James Madison said in FEDERALIST 47: "The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, selfappointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." Behold the consequences of not teaching our children the civics of checks and balances and the independence of each branch of our government! Oh, and one more thing. She says she enjoyed taking pro bono cases from Pissgah Legal Services. I don't believe a word of it. They say at Pissgah that they don't do any such thing as help the poor in legal trouble. PIZZLEGAH!
