Come along with me and I can tell you some things about this judge that will get your hackles up about him. Did he tell you about His Honor on his lofty bench in District Court No. 1 frivolously tossing a ball back and forth across the courtroom with Attorney Todd Lentz, while the crowd of people in the courtroom watched those two juveniles breach courtroom decorum? I was there. Did he tell you he will arbitrarily lock the door to a courtroom so no one can enter or leave, in violation of both the federal and NC Constitutions which require courtrooms to be open? I saw that too. Did he tell you about his volatile temper and vengeful injudicious behavior? I’ve seen that too, and he is a serial offender at it. He loves to assign himself, since he is chief judge, to a case where he can take his revenge against an innocent person merely seeking to right wrongs, a series of torts inflicted on her (a lifelong Democrat, by the way) and deny her sacred right to trial by jury while she was bedridden, after multiple leg and ankle fractures, and her doctor, Dr. Sims, had sent letters to the Court explaining why she could not be in court at the time. This grinning judge even threw the indigent plaintiff’s case out of court.

She was entitled to an instruction of _res ipsa loquitur_ to the jury after she took her car to Curtis Hi-Tech and a female mechanic having trouble changing her oil, an ordinarily simple task, blasted a hole in her engine on the side with the timing chains.   The oil filter cover was too tight and the mechanic cranked up a powerful  pneumatic impact wrench that broke the engine's fragile aluminum case.

But noooooooo!   The racketeering tyrants in the courthouse were afraid the jury would rule for the plaintiff so they threw her, wheelchair and all, out of court:   RICO Joey Knight,  RICO Marco Shimburg (courthouse stalker, snoop, and ex parte whisperer), RICO Dormetta Elkins (who hides crucial documents to keep them out of the file),  RICO Eddie Clontz (spouse of felon embezzler), and RICO Cal Hill conspired to cheat the plaintiff out of her tort recovery.

What would you think if you took your car to Curtis Hi-Tech for a simple oil change and the next thing you know you're sitting in the waiting room and they come and tell you they're going to send your Toyota home on a flat-bed?   Because it is so trashed by the mechanic and her dangerous high-torque air tool it won't hold oil!
