I just posted a fresh reply here to Miguel from his original post.

Basically, the correct form is something like "when time permits."

It took a week or two for anyone to respond, Miguel went very quiet on the thread, with Bruce and The Doctor basically burying the post with their flame trolling.

It appears that some are taking note, today.
