And what if Miguel is British or Australian?  He got it right in his country.  You, Will Donkey, are wrong.  We stipulated that in "American" English, the comma is inside of the quotation marks, but that in some other countries it is outside of the quotes.  You have no right to critique ANYONE'S grammar or punctuation.
