In hia defense, Will, if your point confused him, it's because your language is
confusing.

"Denim Blue" is the name of (the term used for) a color, not the
color itself. MMP is accusing me of stealing the term "Denim Blue"
which he's claiming was coined by Jim Senetto in the lyrics of
the song you linked.

So your points, while valid, should be phrased as:

"Denim Blue is the name of a color, Pendragon.
Nobody can own the name of a color."
