Bastard tech, remember? Region is encoded in two most significant numbers of network's number (those are decimals). Thus, yours (this time) 2:5075/128 becomes zone:2, region:50, network:5075, node: 128. With land-line phones dieing off all this becomes arbitrary and ad-hoc.
