Sorry, "unecumbered by any government regulation"? Which country are you 
taking about? Trump limited and eliminated some regulations; he didn't end 
them all. We have numerous government agencies - on the federal, state and 
local levels - that regulate the market. None of those agencies were 
eliminated. And because Trump limited FEDERAL regulations didn't mean that 
states also did so.

We have something called "federalism" in the US. That means that the 
federal government handles national issues and the states and local 
governments handle their issues. Because the federal government doesn't do 
"A" doesn't mean the other governments don't do it. The federal government 
- Washington - is not the only government in the US.
