Elsewhere in her testimony, she said they called the police after seeing 
Oswald cut across here lawn. There is no doubt she was a confused witness 
because she contradicted herself multiple times. It makes no sense that 
they would have called the police before they went to the door and so the 
shooter cutting across their lawn. What reason would they have had to call 
the police until they saw what had happened. Do you think Tippit's killer 
dawdled at the scene long enough for Jeanette Davis to call the police and 
THEN the Davises went to the door and saw him. I imagine Belin was getting 
exasperated with her conflicting testimony, first saying she saw the 
suspect and then they called the police and later saying they called the 
police and then saw the suspect. We can pretty much dismiss Virginia Davis 
altogether because she obviously can't remember the order things happened 
in. IOW, she was a complete ditz.
