Hill radioed that the "shells at the scene" suggested an "automatic .38" (FBI transcription CE 1974 p78) And--based on the Davis affidavits--that would mean all FOUR shells "at the scene". Now, the Davises may have been enlisted simply to ensure that we got the idea that the gunman used a revolver--they changed their story for the Warren Commission, saying that they found the shells later in the afternoon. And it is still possible that the man manually dropped all four shells in "one little area", and that would have suggested "automatic" to Hill. But the very use of spurious witnesses suggests spurious evidence.

If you can't name the witness, he didn't come forward. What you have is
Summers' hearsay account. What really don't know what he told Summers.

Forgive us if we don't find your beliefs compelling. If you think Callaway
was Summers' witness, tell us what Callaway has said ON THE RECORD that he
told Summers. Quote him saying he saw a gunman with an automatic.

We have Bledsoe telling us he got off the bus and we have Whaley
testifying Oswald got into his cab a short time later. Oswald couldn't
have gotten in the cab if he had not gotten off the bus. This is where the
consistency and corroboration come into play. Everything fits with Oswald
getting off McWatters bus and walking a short distance to Whaley's cab.

We have ample evidence that Oswald was elsewhere. Whaley IDed him as the
man he drove to Oak Cliff. Earlene Roberts stated he showed up at that
rooming house about 1:00. No way he could be on the bus and at the rooming
house at the same time. Then of course we have numerous witnesses who saw
Oswald at the scene of the Tippit murder or fleeing from it. But of course
you are willing to dismiss all of that because of your silly alternate
universe theory. The reason you get all the wrong answers is because you
ask all the wrong questions.
