My sentiments exactly. I lived the better part of my adult life in 
Columbus, Oh. My voting precinct was at a school about 200 feet from my 
front door. Very convenient. Not everybody lives that close, but typically 
most people who live in a city are within walking distance of their 
polling place. For the last 20 years I have lived in a rural location. My 
polling place is about a mile and a half away. And a drop box? What the 
hell is that? My situation is typical for most rural Americans. Our 
polling places are miles, not blocks from our houses. Guess what. We don't 
whine about being disenfranchised because we have to make a bit of an 
effort to go vote. We get in our cars and we drive to our polling place, 
we show our ID, we stand in line, and when it's our turn. we cast our 
ballots. In 2016 we turned out in sufficient numbers to elect Donald Trump 
President of the United States when all the "smart" people were telling us 
he had no chance. I don't give a good goddam about somebody who tells me 
they are being disenfranchised because it's not as convenient to vote as 
they would like. NOBODY is being disenfranchised unless they 
disenfranchise themselves. If they don't want to make the necessary effort 
to vote, piss on 'em.
