You wouldn't have to go far to find such claims by Clinton supporters. 
Chris/mainframetech swore the voting machines were rigged for Trump right 
on this forum. He wasn't alone. Lots of Democrats were questioning the 
integrity of machine voting in 2016. Here's just such a story by NBC News 
that has a litany of alleged voting irregularities":

So shortly after claiming no one in the Clinton camp was claiming voter 
fraud, you turn around and claim voter fraud.

A non-citizen is not supposed to vote. That doesn't seem to be an 
impediment in California.

State ID cards are easily obtained.  Laws vary by state but Ohio doesn't 
even require a picture ID. A utility bill or a parking ticket are just two 
examples of alternate ID. Essentially any document that contains the 
voter's name and address is accpeptable.

Why is it difficult to get a valid state ID card? If a person is homeless, 
can they legally vote? What precinct should they be allowed to vote in? 
Where a person lives determines which tax and bond issues they are allowed 
to vote on and who their elected officials are. All 50 states do allow 
homeless to vote but they must provide an address, even if that address is 
a homeless shelter. In Democrat run cities, we have lots of examples of 
people registering using a vacant house as their address.
