One minor correction. That should say a traffic ticket is a legal form of
ID in Ohio. A traffic ticket is issued to the driver of a car and is a
legal form of ID because it contains the voter's name and address which
the cop would get from the person's license. A parking ticket is issued to
the vehicle and the cop issuing the ticket would not contain the voter's
name and address.
