Ah, but let's not forget that there is one thing that separate good old 
"homo S" from the animals and that is technology. Plenty of arabians 
walking around and they regularly experience 40-50 C and thrive, due to 
technology.

Also, there is no proof that we'll have a global temperature of 50 over 
the planet. It could be 40, 30, it could be 0, in the very long term, we 
have no clue.

But no hysterics necessary, climate change is natural, and homo S will 
survived thanks to technology regardless of how the temperature shifts.
