Well, my region is global, from 12 km below the geoid to
250,000 km above the geoid, not the whole multiverse,
and my workings include sudden evolution of viruses
and DNA-based beings in that region, and that evolution
may include an attitude tweak, but in the binding, which
I call the main stack healing circle prescriptions, criminals
will have choice of whether to follow their prescriptions
or not, though medium criminal and worse will suffer
consequences if they do not. Also these prescriptions
cover some non-DNA-based beings including some
afterlife beings still in my region.

Over two and a half decades ago I did try to make my
region all/everything but it seems I was too big for
my britches in trying that. I can only try the global
region since my baseline is from St. John’s to
Vancouver (as opposed to Mecca to Medina
or Nazareth to Jerusalem) and due to the extent
of the Internet.
