"we think we found something in Cepheus" means nothing ~ e.g. we know Eris
enters e.g. Camelopardails and has orbiral elements: this one has nothing.

Mike Brown agrees with me, makes some fun: also... the model is
mathematical: it is no discovery: if it would be "there"; they'd have
data: they have none: "in Cepheus" is like "in Orion" could be anywhere

Something perturbin in Cepheus is hmmm OK: what, where: we do have some
telescopes, alright: if there... we can scan the area: yes? We already
did: not all, but... say most: or towards it: no new huge dwarf planets
lately, bostly far bigger than H=4 so... vary dubious :discovery:,indeed

but then: e,g, Greenwich has no idea of zodiax or ascendant sets:
