Third phase is plunder e.g. by furlough, discharge &/with 
eventual re-employment under new inhuman "better" 
circumstances. Bad karma gets redeemed at length. Length? 
Example as follows: a three-year ordeal would fain be rectified 
in three years: at least in theory. That alas sounds as 
optimistic or pessimistic as things are – getting worse for the 
general public.
