Heinz Wollman, 80, of Las Lunas, N.M., died Aug. 23. He was born in 
Cleveland and was retired. He served in the Marine Corps during World War 
II.

Survivors include his daughter, Denise Wollmann of San Diego; son, Edmond 
Wollmann of San Diego; and two grandchildren.

Services: None announced.

Arrangements: American Cremation Service.

It seems I'm being harassed on this site and I just wanted to clarify 
something. I won a defamation lawsuit last year for $25,000 against a 
paranoid schizophrenic and his girlfriend.

I was part of a discussion on this forum today and all of the sudden a 
mentally ill man began writing "who is Cheryl Meril?" and asked for people 
to gang rape me on the Internet. Why? Because he is mentally ill, I 
guarantee it. Only mentally ill men would behave this way without any 
provocation whatsoever. I have nothing to hide and have done nothing wrong 
to anyone. Anyone can write lies about people on the Internet, it doesn't 
make it true. Only extremely sick people would pay attention to it. I 
passed the FBI and SOS in California's background checks. I've worked for 
major law firms for 10 years:

10 years at these law firms and 16 years in San Francisco.

I drove another similar individual, Edmond Wollmann (google him, go ahead 
see what nutcases these cyber stalkers truly are), to pay thousands of 
dollars in legal fees I do not intend on paying after I had the case 
dismissed. These complete strangers have been writing things about me, 
very ill men who do not know me who have been harassing me for years since 
I was a singer. I had the misfortune of falling prey to mentally ill men 
on the Internet because my father was a musician for Lawrence Welk for 20 
years. I was mocked for it and they found great entertainment in their 
activities of writing on all kinds of sites to create a false persona of 
me. I do not appreciate the individual on this forum who is clearly 
attempting to encourage people to cyber stalk and embarrass me.

I filed lawsuits in pro per, I don't need an attorney to file lawsuits 
because I'm what they used to call an "independent" paralegal. I can drag 
people through the mud filing lawsuits and cost someone thousands of 
dollars in legal fees. I can obtain your IP address from this forum by 
means of a subpoena as I have others in the past. I can file a John Does 
lawsuit and conduct discovery to determine the owner of any IP address 
posting on this forum who is harassing, annoying and causing me emotional 
distress.

So I just thought I'd clarify whomever you are wanting to carry on like 
these cyberstalkers, if you want a lawsuit, I can subpoena your IP address 
from this site, track you down and make sure you pay a heavy price for 
this harassment activity.
