I don't know, seems to me it was conclusively established that she set up 
and operated an unsecure personal email server in an unsecured location that 
handled classified emails some of those among the highest security 
clearances that exist. THEN if that wasn't enough, had a bunch of people 
(without the needed security clearances) comb through the server to decide 
which emails were government related and which were purely personal. Then 
when the story broke she had the evidence destroyed, and then turned over 
those classified emails to yet another uncleared person who then stored them 
in a manner not compliant with the requirements of classified storage and 
could have easily made one or more copies of those files without anyone 
being able to find out.

Na, the evidence against Hillary was clear and anyone that has/had a 
security clearance knows how badly she fucked up and how they would have 
gone to jail for doing even a small fraction of what she did.

No, the evidence was overwhelming, but as always the Democrats in charge 
ignored the law when it concerned the failings of one of their own.. 
particularly when trying to be elected.

Of course, that also pissed off a LOT of people who knew they would have 
gone to prison for what she did.
