special abilities should now work anywhere in the Earth Moon system

There are 43 original regions which together have covered
the globe. Up until tonight, a special ability would work
only when the holder of the special ability was in the region
that he or she was born in, and would operate only
within that region.

From the “Waning Clamshell attempt” thread on alt.religion.druid :

"As a result, special
abilities should now work when the holder of the special
ability is anywhere in my region, and if the special ability
operates on a someone, something that is not a someone,
or location, when that is anywhere in my region, which is
basically the Earth Moon system though not deep inside
the Earth and the Moon.”

Also, probably within the next eight hours, special abilities
will evolve, such that everyone will have at least one
special ability. And there will be two new abilities:
aquaculture special ability and confession divination
ability.

Since this thread is going to some diviners, note that
those with a readings client base of at least 100 not
including themself will get confession divination ability.

say whether you want matchmaking advice, a special
abilities determination, or both.
