lockdowns, ordered no masks, ordered no
quarantines. 

 His title was Advisor To The President.

 That's it. 

 All he did was give advice. 

 Republicans only want to "investigate" him
because the Iran war is going badly and they
need a sideshow to push it out of the news 
cycle.
