It is not known to the authors because they didn't take the time to
look into it.

Nobody's child is forced to partake in this. You know what, I think
the authors did check and because they couldn't find any evidence of
the program being forced upon all children, they decided to feign
ignorance.

No, they are not.

Do any of the people who express such outrage about this know what the
project is about? Do any of them know a child with genuine gender
dysphoria?
