As for your comprehension of an infinite universe, well, "no". Let's start here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardinality_of_the_continuum It's a technical article, to be sure, but, here's the take-home message: The set of real numbers is infinite, but all real numbers are, without exception (we're going to ignore the hyperreals for now), finite. And, so, our Universe could be infinite in both space or time (or, both), but that does not mean that there are "infinitely many" characters or of "you"! And, so, you're special!! And, your life is absolutely & utterly priceless, and so, live every single moment that you can to the utter & complete fullest!! Dawn
