That's just semantics being used to hide the fact that you're a
*believer* in an imaginary fantasy-land of Jesus, angels, and myths

Obviously, it's a balance between the two -- if there are too few
mutations, there would be no source for evolutionary change.  Too many
mutations, and you might indeed run into problems with so-called
genetic entropy.

mechanisms mentioned in the link you were trying to reply to).
