The Fifth Amendment does not protect non-testimonial physical evidence 
(like fingerprints, DNA, or blood samples), voluntary statements made 
without government coercion, corporate records, or situations where 
immunity from prosecution has been granted. It also does not apply to 
military tribunals during war or to separate crimes prosecuted by 
different sovereigns.

If Juan is wanted for murder, rape, robbery, etc., in his native 
country, the 5th Amendment does not apply./

All the criminals President Trump is rounding up fall into this 
category.  There will be some collateral damage.
