  Screw "succession" - just migrate to the west side
  of Texarcana. The instant the "rich" people aren't
  there to be persecuted/victimized/robbed, city/state
  "welfare" edifices implode violently. Detroit is a fair
  example - the minute the "rich" said "Fuck THIS !"
  and went elsewhere the whole place became a
  wasteland where "crime" could be listed as an
  "occupation" on forms .....

  So, if this is what Atlanta is up to, FUCK THIS
