Strange Navigator issue

This is in reference to a 2007 TL with Navigation.

I want to enter a destination address of:

2930 Campton Hills Dr.
St Charles, IL 60175

The USPS website confirms that this is a valid address. But when I try 
to enter it, after entering the city and street names, the navigator 
will only accept an address number such as 37W780. It will not accept 2 
as the first digit.

This location is in DuPage County, and this unusual address format is 
used in some parts of the county, but I called the post office and they 
told me 2930 is the only valid address for that location.

I also have a 2017 Subaru with Navigation, and it has the same problem.

Any ideas on why this error is occurring and how it might be fixed? Thanks!
