We're entering a new era of quiet cars I.e., electric cars. They would
give you the quietness that you desire. Unfortunately, you might have a
little problem reaching Spain! My prediction is that electric cars will
soon have a range of 300 to 500 miles (and more.) They'll charge in less
than half an hour.
I was at a stop light the other day. There were 12 cars stopped, three
of them were Teslas. That's so weird.
I'm out of the car scene so I have no idea what vehicle would be
appropriate for you. I too, seek quietness and am trying to procure a
2014 Lexus RX 350. These days, I like a nice, comfortable, ride.
