Regal. The Buick you buy by the seat of your pants.

The reasons for buying a mid-sized car are pretty
well established, wouldn't you say?

Small. Light.

Maneuverable.

Mid-sized cars make a lot of sense, in other words.

Well, Buick's new mid-sized Regal Coupe is trying to do more than just make sense.

And we maintain that once you sit in one, you're
going to have more than practical arguments for acquiring one.

You settle into cushiony notchback seating, covered this year with either fabric or soft vinyl.

On your right, a big, soft, fold-down armrest makes things a tad more comfortable.

But that's just the standard seating. As you can see
above, there are a number of available choices in a Regal Coupe. All of them luxurious. All of them worthy of a Buick.

Facing you is the instrumentation. Rich and readable.

An available Delco stereo sound system provides atmosphere.

You turn the key, and the Regal Coupe's V-6 engine
comes to life.

You drop the shift lever into Drive, and the Regal Coupe's available Buick-smooth automatic transmission takes it from there.

Those power front disc brakes are standard. So is the power steering.

The car is tight, the interior surprisingly quiet.

No, Buick's Regal
Coupe isn't the sort of midsized car you buy just with your head.

Don't be surprised if you end up buying it by the seat of your pants.

BUICK
