Backing radar failure

I parked my 2019 Kona last night with all systems working fine, but this
morning I was surprised by the constant beeping  while backing the car out
of my parking spot. During this the instrument panel shows a thumb nail
picture with light beams projecting from the car’s back. It used to beep
continuously only when some object was too close behind my car. This now
makes the rear radar unusable for me. Before I call my service shop let my
ask you: has anybody from you have this problem before?
