2003 Hyundai Accent Fuel Vapor Canister location

Hi,

    I have a 2003 Hyundai Accent 4 door sedan.

    Recently, when I get gas, the gas nozzle keeps kicking off due to poor
venting.  I suspect the vapor canister needs to be replaced.

    Does anyone know if I can reach the canister without removing the fuel
tank?

    ALTERNATIVE:

    If I could make the hole larger (improve venting) where the nozzle goes,
that would solve my problem.   I do not want to drill around the hole because
of filings falling into the fuel tank.
