I should have reported this decision, but some details remained to bespecif=
ied, and then we got embroiled in the error-handling controversywhile simul=
taneously trying to steer the WebSGML TC through WG8 inBarcelona, and style=
sheet linking just sort of fell through thecracks. I brought this back up d=
uring last Wednesday's ERB meeting,and we made sufficient progress to final=
ly report to the WG (and earlyimplementors) where we currently stand and wh=
ere we seem to be headed.
