of "Woke" America.

Ya know how much it costs to built a little public
shitter ? About NOTHING ... a few bricks, a few
pipes, a few bowls. You can buy all that stuff
from Lowe's or Ace for DIRT CHEAP.

YET SanFran managed to turn it into a 1.7 ... ok
it'll be 2 ... MILLION dollar affair.

And yea, the bums/dopers/killers WILL immediately
colonize the facility ... so nobody gets to USE it
unless they have a death wish.
