I didn't see the original message, but RIP is just text being sent over a 
screen so there is nothing stopping someone from making a Mystic BBS RIP theme.

I know of at least one BBS (Black Flag) that took the time to do a RIP setup a 
couple years ago with Mystic.  I don't know if its still up or accessible.
